MILS Electrical Ltd carries out various types of projects in both domestic and commercial sectors covering many aspects of electrical works. Our client base consists of Landlords and private residential owners to large building contractors with contracts for insurance companies (flood and fire damage), national building companies also Council projects and property management companies.

Prices include all inspection and test reports and certification. Please note that the above prices are for a maximum of 10 circuits per distribution board and any additional are charged at £7.50 per circuit.

Periodic Inspection Commercial and Industrial		Minimum fee of £125
We charge per circuits tested. We are unable to offer standard rates but as a guide our prices start from £7.50 per circuit. If you are able to let us know how many circuits your installation contains along with the approximate age of the installation and also whether it is single phase or three phase we will supply a free quotation. For larger premises a site inspection may be necessary which we will carry out free of charge.

We treat every job as individual and understand that the above pay structures may not be suitable and can offer various alternative pay structures. We can provide a fully qualified NIEIC registered engineer for a day rate of £130 - £160 per day depending on location. We would also if preferred come out onto site and provide a fixed price for all works required.
